Stuffed Shells


1/2 box jumbo shells, cooked and drained
large jar of spaghetti sauce
2 pkg frozen creamed spinach
1 c cottage cheese
1 c mozzarella
1 lb Italian sausage

While shells are cooking, brown sausage.   Drain and combine with spaghetti sauce
Cook spinach and let cool
Stir in cottage cheese and mozzarella

Stuff cooked shells with mixture and place in pan that has some of the sauce in it.  
Cover with rest of sauce.  
Top with more mozzarella

Cook 350 degrees 40 - 50 minutes

I usually put 1/2 of them in the freezer!
