Parmesan Taco Salad

I'm behind
Monday the 21st we had an OLD recipe from Fort Wayne days

Taco Salad

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
3/4 c BBQ sauce
1/2 c parmesan cheese

Brown meat, drain.  Add onion and cook until tender
Stir in BBQ sauce and cheese.
Cover & simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

Combine:  
3/4 c sour cream
4 oz can chopped green chili peppers, drained
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Layer into bowl:
tortilla chips
chopped lettuce
chopped tomatoes
meat mixture
sour cream mixture
