2 cloves garlic, minced
juice from 1 small orange
juice from one lime
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp fresh minced ginger
Stir all together and marinated a skirt steak
Grill to desired doneness
Let sit for 5 mins and then slice.
Top with chopped fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
I served with a little bit of hot rice and the Barefoot Contessa Celery & Parmesan Salad (which is a big favorite around here!!!)
