Brochette of Pork


combine
1/4 cup each soy sauce and honey
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp each garlic & ginger
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste

Pour over 2  1/2 lb boneless pork loin
Marinate
Grill

In small saucepan combine: 
1/4 c. marinade
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp butter (I only used 2) 
Heat thoroughly and spoon over meat
