In small bowl mix:
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp koser salt
Stir to dissolve and then add:
1/4 cup fresh basil ~ chopped
zest of lemon
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 tsp pepper
Whisk
Add 2 or 4 pork chops and marinated for no more than 2 hours
Grill chops until 155-165 degrees
