Leftover Steak Fajitas




Leftover Steak Fajitas



½ lb. leftover steak, chicken, pork or shrimp thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

Marinade:
1 t. garlic powder                 1 t. onion powder
½ t. cayenne pepper              1 t. cumin
1 t. paprika                    1 t. chili powder
1 t. pepper                             1 t. salt
2 T. olive oil

Combine marinade with meat and vegis.  Cover and refrig for at least 2 hours. 
Heat 2 T. olive oil in skillet. Add meat and vegis and cook to desired consistency. 
Serve in warm tortillas and avocado
